Shipping Policy

Please Note: Promotional Sales and our FREE Products take longer to ship. Due to the high demand and popularity, the processing times of those products take unusual longer than expected.  We apologize for the inconvinience and thank you for your understanding. If you haven't recieved your items withing 7-21 days, please email us at support@realcoolcase.com or use our contact formular. 

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from realcoolcase.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them.  

RealCoolCase does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.   

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 24-72 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information. 

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our clients, RealCoolCase reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, RealCoolCase reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, RealCoolCase reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

SHIPPING FAQ

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?


Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


RealCoolCase is proud to service our #RealCoolCase squad from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. Please see our currency convertor located at the bottom of our website to change currency on the site. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.

It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Real Cool Case is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.

To report or return a damaged item, please use the following process:

If you would kindly fill out the return form included in your package, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. 

Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return up to a maximum of $10.00 USD. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.

Helpful hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?


Please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Care team with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the photo you will be advised to print and fill out the return form included in your package, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. 

Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return up to a maximum of $10.00 USD. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.
